Apply
Prospective students who are not currently enrolled in Jubilee Academies must submit an application. Families can log in to their SchoolMint account at any time to check the enrollment status of their child. It is important to save your username and password to access the account.

Offer
Within 2 business days, our families will be notified of an offer for one of our amazing campuses. Once you accept the offer, you will be able to complete the enrollment process on SchoolMint. Use your SchoolMint username and password to complete.

Enroll
To enroll your child, you will need to provide the following documents to Schoolmint: your child's birth certificate, your photo identification, your child's social security card, proof of address with your name on it such as a utility bill, an up to date shot record, last report card and transcripts for all 9th through 12th grades. Please follow the prompts provided within Schoolmint to complete.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does it cost to attend Jubilee Academies?
Jubilee Academies is tuition-free. Pre-K(4) classes are free for most families who qualify based on their family income. Some families may have to pay, but all costs will be provided and explained upfront for families to consider.
Who can apply to attend school at Jubilee Academies?
We are an open enrollment charter, meaning, any child interested may apply and all students are eligible. However, discipline issues may disqualify students from enrolling based on our charter requirements.
What is SchoolMint?
SchoolMint is an online enrollment system. We use this tool to manage and track your application throughout the student enrollment process. You’ll use your account to:
Manage school applications for all of your children.
If offered a seat, accept the offer and complete all documents required for registration.
If waitlisted, check the waitlist position for all of your children.
Once enrolled at Jubilee Academies, SchoolMint is also the account where you will complete the annual re-enrollment process each year.

Do I need to create a new account to apply?
Prospective Families: Please create a new account and fill out the application form once your account is created.
Current Families: Use your current username (email) to log into SchoolMint to make any updates to your application and/or check the status of a new application.
Can I apply after the open enrollment period ends?
Yes, we currently accept applications after Open Enrollment ends.However, as schools reach capacity, families may be waitlisted. Applications submitted after the Open Enrollment period has ended, will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, following applications received during the Open Enrollment period.
