Objectivo: El objetivo del programa Bilingüe e Inglés como Segundo Idioma será permitir que los Bilingües Emergentes (EB) se vuelvan competentes en escuchar, hablar, leer y escribir en el idioma inglés.
Misión : Educar a estudiantes bilingües, biculturales, y
biliterarios al brindar instrucción especializada en un entorno de aprendizaje culturalmente diverso.
